March 4, 2025, AquaAction, a leading organization dedicated to fostering innovation in the water technology sector, is pleased to announce a new partnership with Glencore in Canada, one of the world’s largest globally diversified natural resource companies. This collaboration marks a significant milestone for AquaAction, bringing vital support and expertise to its mission of scaling sustainable water solutions.

Glencore’s sponsorship will directly support AquaAction’s tech and education programs, and particularly the AquaEntrepreneur program, which supports companies in the commercialization phase. Beyond financial investment, Glencore is actively engaging with AquaAction’s entrepreneurs, participating as judges and providing invaluable mentorship to help scale their innovative solutions. This hands-on approach will empower these entrepreneurs to address critical water challenges with greater efficacy.

AquaAction actively seeks partnerships across diverse sectors, and the collaboration with Glencore, a leader in the mining industry, brings renewed momentum to its efforts. Together, AquaAction and Glencore are committed to empowering the next generation of water tech leaders, building a water secure future, and making a lasting positive impact on communities across North America and beyond.
